Rules:
1. You must be active in the alliance
2. Your city/base must be located/moved near the alliance leader or the alliance fortress.
3. You should help all alliance members should they require the help (if reasonable and possible) or if the alliance help icon is shown.
4. You must donate to alliance research.
5. Joining rallies is mandatory.
6. If you are not active for two or more days without a heads-up you will be kicked from the alliance, unless you either have spoken to dumpling or have over 1.5M power. You are allowed to join back if you give a valid reason for your inactivity.
7. Please only speak English in the chats!
